Imagine the future of building

futurebuild is turning that vision into a reality.  We are recognised globally as shaping the future of building.

Who are we?
A company that is both local and global, we harvest a 100% renewable resource, Pinus radiata, in New Zealand and Australia and turn it into a range of high value laminated veneer lumber products.  We can do this because we operate as a completely autonomous business under the umbrella of Carter Holt Harvey, Australasia's leading forest products organisation.

What do we do?
"Revolutionise the everyday"
Turning timber into a better building material.

In our leading-edge plants at Marsden Point, New Zealand, and Nangwarry, South Australia, a sophisticated manufacturing process produces a revolutionary building material called laminated veneer lumber or LVL.  Laminated veneer lumber is customised to high value products for residential, commercial, formwork and scaffolding applications.

LVL products excite architects, designers, builders and end users alike.  LVL is consistent and reliable.  It saves time and labour.  It comes in longer lengths than timber, and can bear greater loads over wider spans.  Beams and planks don't twist, warp, or shrink.  Floors don't squeak.  Joints don't move.  It's a cost effective solution.

How do we work?
We have sales offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, North America and Middle East.

These are our biggest assets:

A 100% renewable resource
The technology behind our manufacturing process
The passion and dedication of our people

Together, we're building the future. Right here and now.
