The LVL Process
The LVL process for futurebuild There are five main steps to the LVL manufacturing process:
  1. Logs are debarked and cut to length
  2. Logs are peeled to veneer sheets
  3. Veneer sheets are dried and graded
  4. Veneer sheets are glued and laid up to the required thickness and pressed.
  5. Billets are sawn to customers' required sizes.
